Warranty & Refunds
All our products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Please contact us for the specifics on the manufacturer warranty for your product. You may exchange or return products for any reason for 30 days after purchase less shipping and handling. Please call us or contact us before returning an item, we will issue you a RETURN NUMBER. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT AN ASSIGNED RETURN NUMBER WRITTEN VISIBLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.

Shipping
Same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2PM PST Monday through Friday. All items are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and NO tracking number or insurance is available.

United States Postal Service - (Priority Mail™ (2-day)) - This option does not mean you will receive your package in Two Days - It is a priority option, next day shipping would be Priority Mail Express™ (1-day).

Shipping costs may vary according to the respected shipping weight, destination, cost of items and insurance of the package. Manual adjustment of shipping cost may be necessary in these situations.

Transit times within the US vary between 1-7 business days depending on your location. Items on Back Order take 10 to 15 business days. Items that are Back Ordered by the Manufacturer could take up to 60 days. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Special Orders: All Special Order items require a 50% deposit of the total before ordering. Please call for lead times on Special Order items or request a quote by email or fax. Certain items such as, but not limited to, gate operators, telephone entry systems, card reader systems, access control systems, non-stock transmitters/receivers, any stock or non-stock item we consider to be a special order item, and/or any item being ordered specifically for you are considered a special order.

Warranty is void where evidence of misuse or abuse is present.
