Tools

All of the tools listed are used by installers to make repairs to your garage door. Some are listed as must have, you will need these items when changing out a Torsion Spring or Springs.

When replacing Torsion Springs you will need, Winding Bars, Vice Grip's, a 7/16" wrench and a 9/16" wrench. You may also need a file for burrs on the Torsion Tube and a Hammer.
